“Our collaboration with Tracey has not only been a great pleasure but also very successful, with funding secured on our first bid! Tracey is knowledgeable, pragmatic, personable and driven. We have been particularly impressed with the care she has taken to get to know our organisation and to understand our ethos. From the outset she has been very clear about what may and may not be possible. She has helped us refine and develop our ideas into real-world projects and plans which will enable us to grow the reach and infrastructure of our organisation. Our monthly meetings are creative, fast-paced and productive, and we look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with her.”

“Tracey has advised and supported me on applying for a range of funding bids for the Ruskin in Sheffield community engagement project, all of which were successful. She is extremely clear thinking and she was rigorous about establishing exactly what my needs were, giving me exactly the level of support I needed: from scoping funds, to establishing the right narrative for each application, through to writing or checking as needed. Tracey is really enjoyable to work with, highly professional and genuinely interested in achieving what I want to achieve.”

“Having been involved in arts development for over 30 years I know a good thing when I see it. Tracey's ability to grasp the context of client need and see the big picture, ensures her strategic targeting is accurate and her case making effective. Tracey has become an integral part of my team; her proactive approach means she is always connecting ideas and linking our ambitions with potential funding opportunities. Critical to her success is an ability to drive the bid process forward in a timely fashion. Tracey is a complete pleasure to work with.”

“Drunken Chorus is a neurodiverse theatre company running an accessible annual festival of theatre, dance and cabaret by disabled and non-disabled artists and companies. We came to Tracey as a small charity with ambitions plans and fundraising targets. We wanted to secure funding to take us from a team of two freelancers relying on project-based, statutory grants to operating a core team with multi-year funds and a diverse portfolio of funders, including small and large scale trusts and foundations. Tracey did not shy away from the scale of our goals and ambitions. At the start of her work with us the Covid pandemic struck but Tracey became even more determined and focused on working with us to achieve these ambitions. With her support we have emerged from the pandemic with a significant increase in our turnover and in just one year we have secured multi-year grants from Arts Council England, City Bridge Trust, Garfield Weston Foundation and Didymus. What sets Tracey apart from other fundraisers and freelancers, is her commitment to the organisation and genuine belief in what the charity stands for. She takes an active role in planning and strategy, attends events and meetings, engages with board members, and contributes ideas and expertise that help shape the company and drive our work forwards. We would not hesitate to recommend her to other organisations.
